CYPHER is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and principles of good corporate governance. All personnel are expected to uphold high standards of personal ethics, and to act with honesty and integrity in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities.

To support this commitment, CYPHER has established internal controls and operating procedures designed to detect, prevent, and deter improper or inappropriate conduct. However, despite these safeguards, violations — whether intentional or unintentional — may still occur. To protect against such incidents, CYPHER has implemented this whistleblowing policy.

This policy provides a safe and confidential channel for staff, partners, representatives, and members of the public to report concerns regarding malpractice, statutory non-compliance, misconduct, unfair treatment, or other unethical behaviour.

All reports will be received by the Chairman of CYPHER and its Audit Committee.

To facilitate effective and timely investigations, we encourage whistleblowers to provide detailed and specific information. While anonymous reports are accepted, including your contact details will allow us to seek clarification if necessary. All reports and the identity of the whistleblower will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
