Advancing youth work in Singapore
We are the only youth work charity in Singapore that utilises an evidence-based and peer-reviewed framework for youth interventions developed specifically for the local context.
The Centre for Youth Work Practice Harnessing Evidence & Research (CYPHER) is a purpose-driven, practitioner-led charity that advances therapeutic practice in Singapore through research, application, evaluation, and advocacy, contributing to evidence-informed policy and systems-level improvements. Through our services, we strengthen the evidence base of youth work and allied helping professions, remaining the only charity in Singapore dedicated exclusively to this mission.
CYPHER is a registered charity (UEN: 201942228D) and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
